Tips to download the installer correctly.
If you have trouble downloading the Quick3DCloset® installer, follow these steps:
- Disable your antivirus temporarily in order to download and install the software. Once the process has been done, enable it again.
- Make sure he size of the installer matches the one in the email.
- Try downloading the installer again using a different web browser (For example Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc) and, once downloaded, make sure the file size is the same as the one indicated in the email.
- Try using a "Download manager" to download the file. Download managers are able to resume the download in the case of an electric failure.
- Try downloading the executable file from a different device and copy it to a USB drive to move it to your device.
- Make sure you have disabled the Antivirus and Windows Firewall and you have administrator permission. Once the installation has been completed, enable them again.
