Tips to download the installer correctly.

If you have trouble downloading the Quick3DCloset® installer, follow these steps:

  1. Disable your antivirus temporarily in order to download and install the software. Once the process has been done, enable it again.

  2. Make sure he size of the installer matches the one in the email.

  3. Try downloading the installer again using a different web browser (For example Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc) and, once downloaded, make sure the file size is the same as the one indicated in the email.

  4. Try using a "Download manager" to download the file. Download managers are able to resume the download in the case of an electric failure.

  5. Try downloading the executable file from a different device and copy it to a USB drive to move it to your device.
