You cannot see the cabinet dimensions when making an elevation view.
This happens because a wall is hiding the dimensions. To solve this, hide the wall and make the elevation again. In the example below, hide the wall highlighted in red:
Once done that, you will be able to see the dimension in the elevation. It is recommended to "move the dimension to the left or to the right" in the case they are above the elevation:
