What do I have to do if the "Activation code" is required again?
This may happen for several reasons: Windows updates, antivirus, virus or spyware in the device, electric failure, trying to open the projects by clicking on them, etc.
If the "Activation code" is required you must contact our technical support by emailing soporte@quick3dplan.com and letting us know the information below:
- Type of program: Quick3DPlan®, Quick3DPlan® Express, etc.
- License number.
- Operating System.
- Make sure you are the system administrator.
- The kind of antivirus you have.
- The last thing you did before the program deactivated itself.
